- How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you purchase Mightier and checkout, we will ask for your credit card but we will not charge you until the 30-day free trial is over. Your 30-day free trial starts 1 week after your package ships to give you time to get started. If it doesn't work for your family, please email us (support@mightier.com) or call us (888-978-7495) to cancel your subscription and return the device(s) for free within 14 days of cancellation. It's that easy. If you don't return the device(s), we will assume things are going well and charge you the one-time fee with the $19 monthly subscription.
- Do I return the heart rate band if I don’t want to continue with the subscription?
We only ask that you return the band if you cancel your free trial in the first 30 days.
- Do I return the pre-programmed tablet if I don’t want to continue with the subscription?
We only ask that you return the tablet if you cancel in the first 30 days.
- What is the return policy?
You may cancel your free trial during the first 30 days for any reason. We stand by our program and want to make sure it works for your family
- Can I use my own heart rate band?
You will need to use the Mighty Band which is setup to work with our app.
- What if my Mighty Band breaks? How do I replace my equipment?
If the heart rate monitor or chargers break within the first 12 months, we are happy to replace them. Mail us back the faulty items (shipping paid by us) and we will ship you new ones.
