If you receive the error, "Password Reset Unsuccessful," generate a new password request by clicking here and submitting the form with your existing Mightier email. Make sure you use the most current password reset email generated, otherwise the reset will not be successful.
If you're able to login to the Parent Hub, but cannot login to the Mightier app: First, check your Wifi. If you have an internet connection but cannot login, there may be an issue with your account status -- Please contact the Family Care team
