It is not necessary to return your equipment if you are outside of the 90-day guarantee period.

 

If you are within your trial period, you can initiate a return through your account or by contacting the Family Care Team. A return label and free return shipping will be provided.

 

If you are beyond your trial period, the equipment is yours to keep or donate. If you would prefer to send it back to Mightier, free of charge, we will recycle or repurpose the equipment for another family who has lost or damaged theirs. Please contact the Family Care Team for help.

 

You can cancel your membership through your account or by contacting the Family Care Team. You will have access to Mightier through the end of your payment period.
