Back from the holiday weekend, the Mightier HQ will resume regular hours. Support is available during the following times:
Monday-Friday: 9am – 8pm ET
Saturday-Sunday: 12pm – 6pm ET

Mightier HQ will be closed beginning Friday May 22, reopening on Tuesday May 26. Our Support team will maintain our current schedule, but we anticipate minor delays for any tickets or issues transferred to teams outside of Support.

We experienced shipping delays throughout April, but by working closely with UPS our shipping process is up to speed.
New orders are shipping within 5 days and are delivered throughout the continental U.S. with 2 day delivery. Orders delivered internationally or to non-continental states and territories can be expected to arrive within 14 days of ordering. Participants in our Beta Test require specialized equipment that may slightly delay your order.
All tracking notifications are send from a UPS email, if you have not received a notification from UPS within 7 days of ordering, please contact support.
