If you are within our 30-day guarantee period and Mightier is not working for you, you can request to return through the Account section of the Parent Hub or through the Settings section in the Parent App.
Important note: You must request your return within the 30-day guarantee period. For customers outside the US, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you are outside our 30-day guarantee period, you can cancel your membership at any time. We’ll keep the play data on file, so if you'd ever like to come back, your player can pick up where they left off. See this article for how to cancel memberships outside of the 30-day guarantee period.
