What if my tracking link says there is an issue?

If there are any issues or delays noted on your tracking link, you may need to contact your carrier's nearest location for further updates. Be sure to have your tracking number handy when you reach out to them.

If you haven’t received your kit after 15 business days of placing your order, please contact the Family Care Team for assistance.
