What if my tracking link says there is an issue?

If there is an issue or delay listed on your tracking link, you may need to contact your carrier's nearest location for an update. Make sure you have your tracking number available when you contact your carrier. 

If you haven’t received your kit after 15 business days of ordering, please reach out to the Family Care Team for help.
