How can I order replacement or extra equipment?

If you’d like to purchase additional or replacement equipment from Mightier, please reach out to the Family Care Team. We’re happy to help answer any questions and process your order! 

Equipment Purchase Options

Tablet:

  • New tablet (includes charger and protective case)

*The Mightier App is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. If you have a personal device, check our minimum system requirements here to see if it is compatible with Mightier. You may prefer to use that instead!

Heart Sensor:

  • New heart sensor (includes charger)
  • Refurbished heart sensor + replacement armbands (includes charger)

Shipping fees:

  • For customers in the contiguous US, we have two shipping options, depending on your needs and location:
    • For all orders within the contiguous US, and under $50, standard shipping can be added for an additional fee of $10, or expedited shipping can be added for an additional fee of $15.
    • For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, and under $50, standard shipping can be added for an additional $15. Expedited shipping is not available to destinations outside the contiguous US.​
  • For international customers, shipping rates and applicable taxes, VAT, duties, and fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. Unfortunately, international shipping cannot be shipped with expedited delivery.

Replacement and additional equipment are not refundable and are not eligible for a free trial. Only subscription fees are refundable. Additional purchases may include tax.
