If your screen is frozen, “hard quit” your app. To do this, close the entire Mightier application and reopen it again so it reloads; if you're using a device you got from us, swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen, tap the square button then swipe the window away to the side or tap Close all.
You can also hold down the Power button on the side of your tablet for 15 seconds until the device fully reboots.
Return to the Mightier Game Library and try the game again, or contact us and pick a new game to play while we help troubleshoot whatever went wrong. Your child's play data will still be saved up until the last game round that your child finished.
