Mightier is a behavioral health program designed for children 6-14 validated to build emotional regulation skills as part of the treatment of ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, and other common pediatric mental health disorders that include symptoms of anger, aggression, or irritability. Mightier meets the FDA definition of software as a medical device, and in some cases, users may elect to additionally include clinical services to guide usage of the Mightier program. When using Mightier for medical use, families should consult with their doctor to make sure that the program is appropriate for their child.
