All of our memberships include a two-week free trial that starts the day your kit arrives. If you aren't satisfied with Mightier, let us know by submitting a return request. You must submit your return request within the two-week free trial to ensure you are not billed. Expedited and international shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
You can request to return through the Account section of the Parent Hub or the Settings section in the Parent App.

You can manage your Mightier subscription, and update your credit card and billing information using the online Parent Hub in your browser.
- Log into the Parent Hub using your Mightier email address (usually the one you used to purchase Mightier).
- Click Account on the left side of the screen.
- Your subscription details will be under Program Plan. Your payment details will be under Payments.
- Change your payment method by clicking Request Update under Payment Method. Clicking Request Update will send you an email with a link to update your payment method.

Mightier is designed for the entire family, allowing you to share your membership among family members. We encourage parents and siblings to create Mightier profiles! Each child will have a player profile within your family account, and they can share equipment. Having multiple children play under one account will not increase the price of your membership.
You can monitor the progress and stats of each player in the Parent App. Some families prefer their children to play Mightier at the same time. To ensure you don't lose any play data, it's essential to:
- Stay connected to the internet while playing.
- Double-check that your data is synced before logging out. To sync your game data on your tablet, follow the instructions here.

For customers in the contiguous U.S., we offer two shipping options to suit your needs and location:

For all orders within the contiguous U.S. under $50, you can choose standard shipping for an additional fee of $10, or expedited shipping for $15.

For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories under $50, standard shipping is available for an additional fee of $15. Please note that expedited shipping is not offered for destinations outside the contiguous U.S.

Please note that for international customers, shipping rates and applicable taxes, VAT, duties, and fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. Unfortunately, expedited delivery is not available for international shipping.
Replacement and additional equipment are non-refundable. Only subscription fees can be refunded during the trial or guarantee periods. Please note that additional purchases may be subject to tax.

The Mightier Parents Community Facebook group is a place to ask questions, swap stories and trade tips with other Mightier parents. It’s YOUR space to connect with other Mightier parents, about Mightier and about parenting Mightier kids.
