Your Mightier membership includes a Guarantee period starting when your kit arrives. If Mightier isn't the right fit, please submit a return request within the Guarantee period.
You can request a return through the Account section in your Hub or the Settings icon in the Parent App.
Returns must be requested within the Guarantee period, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you're outside the Guarantee period, you can cancel anytime. We’ll keep your play data on file, so your players can pick up where they left off if you return to Mightier. For instructions on canceling outside the Guarantee period, please see this article.
