All memberships include a 2-week trial starting when your kit arrives. If you aren't satisfied with Mightier, submit a return request within the trial period to avoid being billed. Note: expedited and international shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you're within the two-week trial and Mightier isn't the right fit, you can request a return through the Account section in the Parent Hub or the Settings icon in the Parent App.
Returns must be requested within the trial period, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you're outside the trial, you can cancel anytime. We’ll keep your play data on file, so your players can pick up where they left off if you return to Mightier. For instructions on canceling outside the trial period, please see this article.
