How do I update my email and contact information?

You can manage your Account details (your name, email address, phone number, or shipping address) using the Parent App or the online Parent Hub.

To update your name, email address, phone number, or shipping address in the Parent App:

1. Log into the Parent App using your Mightier email address (usually the one you used to purchase Mightier).
2. Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
3. Select the Account Details section.
4. Tap the pencil icon to edit the fields. Use your device’s keyboard to make changes, and save your updates by tapping Done.

To update your name, email address, phone number, or shipping address in the Parent Hub via your web browser:

1. Log into your Parent Hub using your Mightier email address (usually the one you used to purchase Mightier).
2. Click Account on the left side of the screen.
3. To edit your email, name, or phone number, click Edit.
