How do I update my subscription or billing information?

You can manage your Mightier subscription and update your credit card and billing information in the Parent Hub.

  1. Log into the Parent Hub using your Mightier email address (usually the one used for purchase).
  2. Click Account on the left.
  3. Subscription details are under Program Plan, and payment details are under Payments.
  4. To update your payment method, click Request Update under Payment Method. This will send an email with a link to update your payment.
