Let's set up your heart sensor before your first Mightier play!
- Remove the protective sticker from the back of the heart sensor.

Open the Mightier app and wait for Mightier's guide, Gizmo, to instruct you to turn on the heart sensor. Turn the heart sensor on by pressing and holding the Power button for 3 seconds. To turn the device off, hold the Power button for 5 seconds. If you're having trouble turning the heart sensor off, please click here for troubleshooting tips.
- Find your spot. We recommend wearing the heart sensor on the upper forearm (followed by the bicep or shin). Adjust the band to find the right fit. Make it snug but be careful not to pinch the skin! Here are some strategies that have been helpful for our players with sensory sensitivities.
